摘　　要：基于可持续发展理论和森林可持续经营理论,建立了森林认证对竹林可持续经营影响的评价指标体系,通过问卷调查,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法定量评估了森林认证对竹林可持续经营的影响。结果显示,森林认证对竹林可持续经营的各个方面都产生了积极影响,其影响程度排序为:生态影响>竹林经营管理>社会影响>经济影响。基于评价结果,结合当前森林认证中存在的问题,提出了加强竹林认证宣传与推广、制定扶持政策降低认证成本、加快培育国内认证产品市场等完善我国森林认证体系的政策建议。Based on the theories of sustainable development and sustainable forest management,the evaluation index system was established to assess the impacts of forest certification on sustainable bamboo forest management.With questionnaire surveys,the impacts of forest certification on sustainable bamboo forest management are quantitatively assessed using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that forest certification has positive impacts on sustainable management of bamboo forest in all aspects,and the degree of the impacts can be ordered as ecological impact>bamboo forest management>social impact>economic impact.Based on the evaluation results,policy suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems to improve the forest certification system in China,i.e.,strengthening the publicity and promotion of bamboo forest certification,formulating supporting policies to reduce the certification cost,and accelerating the development of the domestic market for certified products.
