摘  要:为探究毛竹在陕西关中地区的育苗技术及适应性,开展了毛竹种子育苗试验。结果表明,在挑选优质毛竹种子、适宜的育苗基质(生黄土、腐殖质土、细沙按6∶3∶1比例混合)、合适的播种时间(春季4月中旬)、调控适宜的温湿度条件下,毛竹种子能够顺利发芽,发芽率可达30%;配合精细的管理措施,幼苗当年的成活率达到70%,且生长状况良好,播种当年平均苗高为15.73 cm、平均地径为0.15 cm,3年生竹苗平均高度达118.38 cm、平均地径达0.60 cm,表现出较强的适应性。该研究为毛竹在陕西关中地区的栽植推广及规模化育苗提供了技术支撑,对丰富该地区竹类资源、提升生态景观效益具有重要意义。To explore the seedling cultivation techniques of moso bamboo and their adaptability in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province,an experiment on moso bamboo seedling cultivation is conducted.The results show that the seeds of moso bamboo can germinate successfully with a germination rate of up to 30%by selecting high-quality seeds,using an appropriate substrate(mixture of raw loess,humus soil,and fine sand in the ratio of 6∶3∶1),choosing the right sowing time(mid-April in spring),and controlling suitable temperature and humidity conditions.With meticulous management practices,the survival rate of the seedlings in the first year reaches 70%,and the favorable growth achieves.In the right year of sowing,the average seedling height is 15.73 cm and the average ground diameter 0.15 cm.By the third year,the average height of seedlings reaches 118.38 cm and the average ground diameter 0.60 cm,demonstrating strong adaptability.This study provides technical supports for the promotion for moso bamboo planting and large-scale seedling cultivation of moso bamboo in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province,which is of important significance for diversifying the bamboo resources and enhancing the ecological landscape benefits in this area.
