摘　　要：竹产业是传统产业,也是浙江省龙泉市的特色主导产业之一。随着“以竹代塑”倡议的提出,竹产业迎来前所未有的发展机遇,同时也面临着诸多挑战。为了抢抓“以竹代塑”机遇,推动龙泉市竹产业高质量发展,文章采用SWOT分析法对龙泉市竹产业的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇、威胁进行了系统分析。结果显示:龙泉市竹产业拥有地理区位、竹材资源、产业基础、技术力量等方面的优势,存在竹林结构不合理、基础设施不健全、产业链条不完善、创新动力不足、品牌建设意识弱等劣势,具有国家政策环境好、地方政府重视、环保意识增强、消费需求增加等机遇,面临国内市场紧缩、国际贸易受挫、同行竞争激烈、供需对接不畅等挑战。基于矩阵模型分析,从产业规划、政策支持、链条完善、品牌建设等方面提出了对策建议,以期为促进龙泉市“以竹代塑”产业进一步发展提供参考。Bamboo industry is a traditional industry and also one of the leading specialty industries in Longquan city,Zhejiang province.With the initiative of“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”,the bamboo industry is embracing unprecedented opportunities,while still facing many challenges.In order to seize the opportunity and promote the high-quality development of the bamboo industry in the city,this paper adopts the SWOT method to systematically analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and threats of the bamboo industry in Longquan city.It shows that the bamboo industry in Longquan city has its advantages in geographical location,bamboo resources,industrial foundation,and technical strength,while the industry also has the disadvantages such as unreasonable forest structure,incomplete infrastructure and industrial chain,insufficient motivation for innovation,and poor awareness in brand building.The opportunities that the industry is facing include national policy support,local government support,enhanced environmental awareness,and increased consumption demand.The challenges include a shrinking domestic market,setbacks in international trade,intense competition from peers,and poor supply-demand coupling.Through matrix model analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for industrial planning,policy support,chain improvement,and brand building,aiming to provide a 115reference for the high-quality development of“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”in Longquan city.
