摘　　要：随着低空经济的快速崛起,智慧低空经济成为推动城市空域资源高效整合与利用的关键力量。探讨低空经济的定义、应用领域及全球发展趋势,重点分析无人机、空中出行和空中物流等技术的创新与融合。新兴技术如人工智能、大数据和5G在提升飞行效率、安全性及空域管理智能化方面发挥着重要作用,有效推动低空经济的高效运转。面对空域资源稀缺与现有管理体系滞后的挑战,提出智能化空域管理平台的建设、多方协同机制的完善及政策法规创新等应对措施。与此同时,市场化与商业模式创新为低空经济的商业化奠定基础,服务化、数据驱动和平台化等盈利模式逐步成为行业主流。总体而言,低空经济的可持续发展依赖于技术、政策和产业的深度协同,未来将在智慧城市与智能交通系统中发挥重要的作用。With the rapid rise of low-altitude economy,smart low-altitude economy has become a key force to promote the efficient integration and utilization of urban airspace resources.This paper discusses the definition,application field and global development trend of low-altitude economy,and focuses on the innovation and integration of UAV,air travel and air logistics technologies.Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and 5G play an important role in improving flight efficiency,safety and intelligent airspace management,and effectively promote the efficient operation of the low-altitude economy.Facing the challenge of the scarcity of airspace resources and the lagging of the existing management system,the construction of intelligent airspace management platform,the improvement of multi-party coordination mechanism,and the innovation of policies and regulations are put forward.At the same time,marketization and business model innovation have laid the foundation for the commercialization of low-altitude economy,and profit models such as service-oriented model,data-driven model and platform-oriented model have gradually become the mainstream of the industry.In general,the sustainable development of low-altitude economy depends on the deep coordination of technology,policies and industries,and will play a crucial role in smart city and intelligent transportation system in the future.
