基于多源数据的城市滨水空间游客时空行为特征及建成环境影响因素分析

摘　　要：城市滨水空间因其独特的生态、休闲、经济和文化功能,成为城市发展的宝贵资源。城市中心区滨水空间如何在合理配置办公、商业、娱乐等功能的同时,不影响游憩功能的发挥是亟待解决的问题。因此,以苏州金鸡湖为研究对象,通过对比户外平台“两步路”GPS数据和新浪微博平台语义文本数据,深入分析其游客时空行为特征及其建成环境影响因素。发现该滨水景区游客活跃度高的时间段是晚上,旅游旺季是五月份和十月份,第一季度游客数量最少。水域、岸边的景观构筑物和水上活动等对游客选择有很大影响;风景名胜丰富度、地标性建筑是游客选择的重要因素;商业、商务、娱乐休闲等设施对游客选择也有一定影响。相关游客关注设施的维护或提升有助于城市多功能滨水空间的活力提升。Urban waterfront spaces,with their unique ecological,recreational,economic and cultural functions,have become valuable resources for urban development.How to rationally allocate office,commerce and entertainment functions in the waterfront spaces of urban central areas without affecting the recreational function is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper takes Suzhou Jinji Lake as the research object and,by comparing the"Two Steps"GPS data of outdoor platforms and the semantic text data of Sina Weibo,deeply analyzes the spatio-temporal behavior characteristics of tourists and the influencing factors of the built environment.The research finds that the peak period of tourist activity in this waterfront scenic area is in the evening,the peak tourist seasons are May and October,and the first quarter has the least number of tourists;water areas,shore landscape structures and water activities have a significant impact on tourists'choices;the richness of scenic spots and landmark buildings are important factors for tourists'choices;the mixed use of commerce,business and entertainment and leisure facilities also have a certain influence on tourists'choices.Improving and maintaining the facilities that tourists care about is conducive to enhancing the vitality of tourists in urban multi-functional waterfront spaces.
