摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发病率不断攀升,对妇女长期健康的潜在威胁日益显著,然而当前GDM患者产后健康管理仍存在诸多不足。本文综述了GDM患者产后管理的现状与困境,并提出了GDM患者产后管理要点、分析了产后健康管理的机遇,以期为GDM患者产后管理提供新的视角和方法。The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is increasing,posing a growing threat to women's long-term health.However,there remain many deficiencies in postpartum health management for GDM patients.This article reviews the current situation and challenges in the postpartum care of GDM patients,proposes key points for postpartum care of these patients,and analyzes opportunities for postpartum health care,aiming to offer new perspectives and methods for the postpartum care of GDM patients.
