摘　　要：作为新中国60年杰出出版家,胡绳从20世纪30年代开始,在进行学术研究和政治活动的同时,长期从事编辑出版工作。本文结合人民出版社保存的档案资料,梳理总结胡绳担任社长期间,为给“出版事业树立一个严格的标准”,直面重建之初工作中的不足和缺点,勇于自我批评,狠抓质量管理,制定出一整套规章制度,在出版管理部门的推动下,有不少成为出版行业规范。同时,他根据出版工作的实际情况,调整内部组织机构,完善流程管理,建立起严格的工作责任制,为新中国出版事业的制度建设做出重要贡献。As one of the“most distinguished publishers during 60 years of the People's Re-public of China”,Hu Sheng began his editorial and publishing career in the 1930s,alongside his academic research work and political activities.Based on archives preserved by People's Publish-ing House,this article summarizes Hu Sheng's contributions during his tenure as the director of the publishing house.For“setting a strict standard for publishing”,he embraced the challenges in the early stage of thereconstruction of publishing industry,courageously practiced self-criti-cism,rigidly managed the quality,and developed a comprehensive framework of regulations.Many of these,promoted by the National Publishing General Administration,became the standard of this industry.Additionally,for solving problems encountered in editorial work,Hu Sheng im-proved the organizational structure,enhanced the management of workflow,and established a rig-orous accountability system,making significant contributions to the institutional construction of the publishing industry of the People's Republic of China.
