摘 要:研究了PCD刀具车削玻璃纤维增强复合材料时切削用量对切削力的影响规律,并通过正交试验建立了切削力经验公式。研究结果表明:主切削力随切削速度的变化较小,切削合力和径向力随切削速度的增大而减小,轴向力总体随切削速度的增大而减小;在进给量大于0.1 mm/r时,主切削力和切削合力随进给量的增大而增大,轴向力和径向力随进给量的变化较小;在进给量为0.05 mm/r时,由于刀刃刃口的挤压作用,使得各切削分力均较大;各切削分力和切削合力随背吃刀量的增大而增大,但在背吃刀量大于0.6 mm时,轴向力和径向力随背吃刀量的变化很小;所建立的切削力经验公式与实验结果具有较高的拟合度。The effect of cutting parameters on cutting force is studied experimentally when turning glass fiber reinforced composite by PCD tools.The empirical formula of cutting force is established by orthogonal test.The results show that the main cutting force changes little with the cutting speed,the cutting force and radial force decrease with the cutting speed increasing,and the axial force decreases with the cutting speed increasing.When the feed rate is greater than 0.1 mm/r,the main cutting force and cutting force increase with the increase of feed rate,the axial force and radial force change little with the increase of feed rate.When the feed rate is 0.05 mm/r,the cutting component forces are larger due to the extrusion of the cutting edge.Each cutting force and cutting force increase with the increase of back cutting quantity,but when the back cutting quantity is greater than 0.6 mm,the axial force and radial force change little with the back cutting quantity.The established empirical formula of cutting force has a high degree of fitting with the experimental results.
