摘 要:为提高光固化树脂结合剂砂轮的磨削性能,采用纳米Al_(2)O_(3)作为增强相对光固化树脂进行改性,研究纳米Al_(2)O_(3)含量对改性光固化树脂力学性能和改性光固化树脂结合剂砂轮磨削性能的影响规律。研究表明,在光固化树脂中添加适当的纳米Al_(2)O_(3)可以提高树脂的抗弯强度,当纳米Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为3%时强化效果最佳,相比于纯光固化树脂提升了35.1%;树脂的硬度随着纳米Al_(2)O_(3)含量的增加而增大;在树脂中添加质量分数为3%的纳米Al_(2)O_(3),改性光固化树脂结合剂砂轮能获得最佳的磨削性能,其磨削表现相比于纯光固化树脂结合剂砂轮和常规市售砂轮具有明显的优势。To improve the grinding performance of ultraviolet-cured resin binder grinding wheel,nano-Al_(2)O_(3)is used as the enhanced relative ultraviolet-cured resin,and the influence of nano-Al_(2)O_(3)content on the mechanical properties of the modified ultraviolet-cured resin and the grinding performance of the modified ultraviolet-cured resin binder grinding wheel is studied.The results show that adding appropriate nano-Al_(2)O_(3)to the ultraviolet-cured resin can improve the flexural strength of the resin.When the mass fraction of nano-Al_(2)O_(3)is 3%,the strengthening effect is the best,which is 35.1%higher than that of pure ultraviolet-cured resin.The hardness of resin increases with the increase of nano-Al_(2)O_(3)content.The best grinding performance of the modified ultraviolet-cured resin bond wheel can be obtained by adding 3%of nano-Al_(2)O_(3)in the resin.The grinding performance of the modified ultraviolet-cured resin bond wheel has obvious advantages compared with those of the pure ultraviolet-cured resin bond wheel and the conventional commercially available grinding wheels.
