摘 要:TB6钛合金(Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al)具有优秀的综合性能,但其难加工特性制约了加工效率。大进给铣削工艺能够提高难加工材料的加工效率,本文对TB6钛合金的大进给铣削进行了试验研究,分析了切削参数对切削力与切削温度的作用,切削力与切削温度受到每齿进给量的显著影响,但切削速度仅对切削温度有显著影响。此外,还研究了大进给铣削TB6钛合金的刀具磨损,由于切削刃发生了微观崩刃且不断扩展,刀具出现显著的沟槽磨损,并产生切屑黏附。TB6 titanium alloy has good comprehensive performance,however its difficult-to-machine characteristics restrict the machining efficiency.Since high feed milling can significantly improves the machining efficiency of difficult-to-machine materials,this paper presents an experimental study on high feed milling of TB6 titanium alloy.The effects of cutting parameters on high feed milling of TB6 cutting force and cutting temperature are analyzed.The cutting force and the cutting temperature are significantly impacted by the feed per tooth,while the cutting speed merely has a significant impact on the cutting temperature.In addition,this paper also investigates the tool wear in high feed milling of TB6 titanium alloy.The micro chipping of the cutting edge expands,leading to the significant groove wear and adhesion as well.
