摘 要:可转位齿轮铣刀作为一种高效的成形加工刀具,其设计水平对风电等大模数齿轮制造具有重要意义。针对可转位齿轮粗铣刀多刀片搭接、刃型设计误差控制、刀片空间位置确定等问题,提出一个高效的廓型理论建模和刃型搭接设计方法。通过离散化法对被加工齿轮的齿廓曲线拟合处理,得到刀片搭接的近似直线理论廓形,采用刀尖点定位方式在设计中控制刃型误差与刀片位置,优化设计可转位齿轮铣刀刃型线。通过刀具预调仪对所设计可转位齿轮铣刀实物的刀片搭接形成的加工轮廓曲线进行廓形检测,其偏差在±0.05 mm以内,刀具在主轴旋转时切入工件时精度达到0.02 mm,结果表现出良好的一致性,满足设计与制造要求。As an efficient forming tool,the design level of indexable gear milling cutter is of great significance to the manufacture of large modulus gears such as wind power.Aiming at the problems of multi-blade lapping,blade design error control and blade spatial position determination of indexable gear rough milling cutter,an efficient profile theoretical modeling and blade lapping design method is proposed.The tooth profile curve of the machined gear is fitted by the discretization method,and the approximate straight line theoretical profile of the blade lap is obtained.The tool tip positioning method is used to control the blade error and the blade position in the design,and the design of the indexable gear milling cutter blade profile is optimized.The machining profile curve formed by the overlapping of the inserts of the designed indexable gear milling cutter is detected by the tool pre-regulator.The deviation is within±0.05 mm,and the accuracy of the tool is 0.02 mm when the tool cuts into the workpiece during the spindle rotations.The results show good consistency and meet the design and manufacturing requirements.
