摘 要:切削力和表面粗糙度是衡量切削加工性能的重要指标,影响工件的加工精度和表面质量。TB9钛合金钉杆由于长径比大,加工难度高,对切削性能要求更高,因此对TB9钛合金钉杆进行车削加工实验和仿真研究,分析切削用量对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律,选择合理的切削工艺参数。实验结果表明:随着主轴转速、进给量以及切削深度的增大,切削力呈线性增长趋势,切削用量对切削力的影响程度顺序依次为进给量>切削深度>主轴转速。表面粗糙度随着主轴转速的增大而减小,随进给量的增加而增加,当切削深度增大时,表面粗糙度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,其中切削用量对表面粗糙度的影响程度依次为进给量>主轴转速>切削深度。本研究结果为车削TB9钛合金钉杆的切削工艺参数优化提供了借鉴。Cutting force and surface roughness are important indicators of cutting performance,affecting the machining accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece,while the TB9 titanium alloy nail rod is difficult to process due to the large aspect ratio,which requires a higher cutting performance,so the TB9 titanium alloy nail rod is subjected to experimental and simulation research on turning processing,to analyze the law and degree of the influence of the cutting dosage on cutting force and surface roughness,and to select reasonable cutting process parameters.The experimental results show that,with the increase of spindle speed,feed and depth of cut,the cutting force grows nearly linearly,and the degree of influence of the cutting amount on the cutting force is in the following order feed>depth of cut>spindle speed.Surface roughness decreases with the increase of spindle speed,increases with the increase of feed,when the depth of cut increases,the surface roughness shows the trend of increasing and then decreasing,in which the degree of influence of the cutting amount on the surface roughness in the order of priority is feed>spindle speed>depth of cut.The results of this paper provide the optimization of cutting process parameters for turning TB9 titanium alloy nail bars.
