摘  要:选择合适的加工工艺参数是TC11钛合金进行高效、低成本生产的关键。通过开展TC11钛合金切削实验研究,选择AlCrN,TiAlN/TiSiN和TiAlSiN三种涂层刀具,研究其高温涂层硬度特性,得到对应的高温硬度曲线,并在此基础上研究涂层刀具在切削温度下的涂层硬度与刀具磨损的关系。研究表明:TiAlN/TiSiN涂层高温硬度特性较其他两种涂层更为优越,在切削速度不大于110 m/min时,干式加工钛合金TC11时的切削温度不超过550℃,对应的涂层高温硬度与TC11钛合金材料的高温硬度相匹配,切削效率高,刀具磨损小,可实现TC11钛合金的高效优质加工。Selecting appropriate processing parameters is crucial for efficient and low-cost production.In this study,cutting experiments are conducted on TC11 titanium alloy,using AlCrN,TiAlN/TiSiN and TiAlSiN three types of coated tools.The high-temperature coating hardness characteristics of these tools are studied,and corresponding high-temperature hardness curves are obtained.Based on this,the relationship between the coating hardness and tool wear at cutting temperatures is investigated.The study shows that the TiAlN/TiSiN coating has superior high-temperature hardness characteristics compared to the other two coatings.When the cutting speed is not higher than 110 m/min,the cutting temperature of dry machining TC11 titanium alloy does not exceed 550℃,and the corresponding high-temperature hardness of the coating matches the high-temperature hardness of TC11 titanium alloy.This results can lead to high cutting efficiency,low tool wear,and enables efficient and high-quality processing of TC11 titanium alloy.
