摘 要:在深孔类零件检测中内径百分表是常用检测工具。由于内径百分表的长度有限且人工操作误差较大,无法实现较长距离的深孔检测。本文设计了一种基于双出轴电机的深孔自定心机构,通过双出轴电机驱动,配合凸轮、钢珠等零件,使圆周方向均匀分布的钢珠顶住被测孔壁实现定心作用,该定心机构具有紧凑、稳定、成本低、便于操作的优势,适用于工厂生产中低成本、高效率的检测。将内径百分表固定在定心机构端面中心位置,通过内径百分表测量深孔内径。利用仿真软件对定心机构的关键零件进行强度校核,满足实际工作强度要求。The inner diameter percentage table is often used in the detection of deep hole parts.Due to the limited length of the inner diameter percentage table,the manual operation error is large,so it is impossible to realize the deep hole detection at a long distance.In this paper,a deep hole self-centering mechanism based on the double out shaft motor is designed.The mechanism uses the double out shaft motor to drive with the cam and steel bead to make the circular ball evenly distributed steel bead against the measured hole wall to realize the centering effect.The centering mechanism has the advantages of compact,stable,low cost and easy operation,and is suitable for low cost and efficient testing in factory production.The inner diameter percentage meter is fixed in the center of the end surface of the centering mechanism,and the deep hole inner diameter is measured through the inner diameter percentage meter.The simulation software is used to check the key parts of the centering mechanism to meet the actual working intensity requirements.
