摘 要:为提升飞机外表面质量检测能力,实现飞机表面波纹度高效、高精检测,探索基于光学测量技术的飞机外表面波纹度检测和评价策略。以飞机大型部件外表面波纹度检测为研究对象,分析摄影测量技术与光学扫描技术的原理及特点,结合产品结构形式和质量要求,采用摄影测量技术与光学扫描技术相结合手段,获取部件外表面点云数据。基于测量技术特点依据现行有效航空标准,提出以多条外表面截面线波纹度数值全面反映外表面波纹度情况的方法。实验结果显示,被测部件外表面波纹度最小为0.0008 mm,最大为0.0024 mm,平均为0.0014 mm,整个测量过程耗时48 min。该方法可有效解决大场景下大型部件表面波纹度检测问题,测量精度和效率能满足航空武器装备表面波纹度质量检测要求。In order to improve the quality detection ability of aircraft exterior surface and realize the efficient and high precision detection of aircraft surface waviness,this paper explores a method of detecting and evaluating aircraft exterior surface waviness based on optical measurement technology.Based on the detection of exterior surface waviness of a large aircraft component,the principle and characteristics of photogrammetry technology and optical scanning technology are fully analyzed,and combined with the product structure form and quality requirements,the photogrammetry technology and optical scanning technology are combined to obtain the surface point cloud data of the component.At the same time,based on the current effective aviation standards and characteristics of measurement technology,an evaluation strategy is proposed to reflect the overall situation of exterior surface waviness with multiple cross section lines.The experimental results show that the waviness degree of the outer surface of the measured part is at least 0.0008 mm,at most 0.0024 mm,and at an average of 0.0014 mm.The whole measurement process takes 48 minutes.This method can effectively solve the problem of surface waviness detection of aircraft components in large scenes,and the measurement accuracy and efficiency meet the requirements of surface waviness detection of aeronautical armament.
