摘 要:针对当前花生收获作业中花生秧蔓浪费和秧蔓中夹带大量残膜无法有效利用的问题,研制出一种割秧输送装置。该装置主要由限深轮、秧蔓切割器、集秧推送器和抛送器等组成,可以完成花生秧蔓的切割粉碎、收集推送、抛送等工序,增加了花生生产附加值的利用。根据河南省部分地区花生平作模式,对花生植株各部分高度进行测量,确定了花生秧蔓切割收获时的留茬高度为45 mm。通过理论分析,确定作业幅宽为1600 mm、绞龙螺距为150 mm、叶轮半径为350 mm等关键参数。田间性能试验结果表明:在茎秆长度均值为6.95 mm、粉碎率均值为93.04%、留茬高度均值为45.17 mm时,各项性能指标符合NY/T 509—2015《秸秆揉丝机质量评价技术规范》,能够满足实际生产需求。In response to the waste of peanut seedlings in peanut harvesting operations and the problems that a large number of residual membranes cannot be used in peanut seedlings in peanut seedlings,a seedling cutting and coveying device was be developed.The device mainly consists of depth limiting wheels,seedling and vine cutters,seedling collection and pushing devices,and throwing devices,which can complete the cutting crushing,collecting push,throwing and other processes of peanut seedlings,increase the use of added value of peanut production.According to the peanut flat model in some parts of Henan province,the height of the peanut plants was measured,and the height of the stubble height of peanut seedlings was 45 mm.Through theoretical analysis,key parameters such width of work was 1600 mm,twisted dragon threads were 150 mm,and the impeller radius was 350 mm.The results of the field performance test showed that the average length of the stems was 6.95 mm,the average of the crushing rate was 93.04%,the average value of the stubble height was 45.17 mm,and the various performance indicators were in line with the technical specifications of quality evaluation for crop straw rubbing filament machines,which met actual production needs.
