摘 要:为改善玉米秸秆打捆机输送装置功率过大、影响机械性能等问题,设计了一种适合玉米秸秆打捆机的螺旋输送装置。通过对关键部件的设计、EDEM软件模型仿真和田间试验,以玉米秸秆捡拾后输送装置的去土率和打捆机驱动功率为试验指标,得到输送装置最优参数,即螺旋轴转速1416 r/min、绞龙螺距227.5 mm、喂入量8.94 kg。该装置可提升玉米秸秆打捆机的机械性能,为适合于纤维物料的螺旋输送装置提供了数据支撑。In order to improve the power of the conveying device of corn straw baler is too large,affecting the mechanical performance and other problems,a screw conveying device suitable for corn straw baling machine was designed.Through the design of key components,simulation of EDEM software model and field experiments,the optimal parameters of the conveying device were obtained by taking the desoil rate of the conveying device after picking up corn straw and the driving power of the baling machine as experimental indexes,the spiral shaft speed was 1416 r/min,the skein pitch was 227.5mm,and the feeding amount was 8.94 kg.This device can improve the mechanical properties of corn straw baler,and provide data support for spiral conveying device suitable for fiber materials.
