摘 要:针对党参种植主要以育苗移栽为主,存在劳动强度大、作业成本高、育苗时间长和播种效率低等问题,结合党参地直播种植农艺模式,借助正交试验法,设计一种集党参联合作业机排种装置。重点对窝眼滚轮播种装置进行设计,并依据二次回归旋转正交仿真设计进行试验。试验结果表明:当排种轮转速为3.25 rad/s、型孔宽度为7 mm、型孔个数为20、播种合格率为96.37%时,各行排量一致性变异系数最大为25.9%,总排量稳定性变异系数为87.37%,指标均达行业标准要求。In view of the problems of high labor intensity,high operation cost,long seedling breeding time and low sowing efficiency,this paper designed a seeding device integrating Codonopsis pilosula joint operation machine with the help of orthogonal experimental method combined with the agronomic mode of direct planting Codonopsis pilosula land.According to the quadratic regression rotational orthogonal simulation test,when the speed of the seed wheel was 3.25 rad/s,the width of the hole was 7 mm,the number of holes was 20,and the sowing qualification rate was 96.37%.The maximum displacement consistency coefficient of variation of each row was 25.9%,and the coefficient of variation of total displacement stability was 87.37%,and the indicators met the requirements of industry standards.
