摘  要:为改进现有的基于科氏力测量原理的旋抛式谷物流量检测装置中存在的抛洒圆盘倾斜所带来的测产精度问题,设计了一种基于旋抛式的谷物质量流量检测方法,由旋抛式谷物流量测产装置、姿态传感器、数据处理模块和数据传输与存储展示模块组成。根据推导的谷物质量流量与圆盘转矩间的数学模型,通过台架试验验证了线性数学模型的正确性,通过引入姿态传感器校正测产装置误差,并通过台架试验分析圆盘倾角对谷物质量流量监测结果的影响,试验结果表明:当转盘倾斜角度显著增大时,对传感器所采集到的谷物流量值有显著影响,当倾斜角度大于15°时,测量误差约为10%。对旋抛式谷物质量流量进行了田间试验,结果表明:谷物流量测产误差在5%以内,能够满足联合收割机实际测产需求,可为后续田间管理提供科学依据。In order to improve the yield measurement accuracy problem caused by the inclination of the throwing disc in the existing rotary throwing grain flow detection device based on the Coriolis force measurement principle,a rotary throwing grain mass flow detection method was designed,which consisted of a rotary throwing grain flow yield measurement device,an attitude sensor,a data processing module,and a data transmission and storage display module.According to the derived mathematical model between grain mass flow rate and disc torque,the correctness of the linear mathematical model was verified by bench test,the error of the yield measurement system was corrected by introducing the attitude sensor,and the influence of the disc tilt angle on the grain mass flow rate monitoring results were analyzed by bench test.When the tilt angle was greater than about 15°,the measurement error reached about 10%.The field test results showed that the yield measurement error of grain flow was within 5%,which can meet the actual yield measurement needs of combine harvesters and provide scientific basis for subsequent field management.
