摘 要:为研究排种器在不同运动特征参数下对排种性能的影响,建立了勺轮式排种器仿真模型,运用EDEM软件对排种器在不同转速和倾斜角度下的工作过程进行了虚拟试验,并分析了单个棉花种子在排种器中的运动轨迹,以及随时间增加籽粒群体受力变化趋势。仿真结果表明:当排种器转速为40 r/min、倾斜角度为15°时,排种器具有相对最佳的工作性能,粒距合格指数为98.15%,重播指数为1.85%,漏播指数为0。用JPS-12性能检测台对排种器进行台架试验,结果表明:排种器转速为40 r/min、倾斜角度为15°时,排出棉花籽粒间距变异系数为0.034,排种均匀性较高,表明排种器工作性能较优,台架试验排种效果良好。田间试验重播率、漏播率均比试验台试验结果有所增加,但仍满足90%以上的合格率,粒距变异系数均小于10%,可以用于田间播种。In order to study the effect of the seed metering device on the seed metering performance under different motion characteristic parameters,the simulation model of the scoop-wheel seed metering device was established,and the virtual test of the working process of the seed metering device under different rotational speeds and inclination angles was carried out by using EDEM software,and analyzed the movement trajectory of a single cotton seed in the seed meter and the change trend of the grain population force over time.The simulation results showed that when the rotation speed of the seed metering device was 40 r/min and the inclination angle was 15°,the seed metering device had relatively best working performance.The qualified rate was 98.15%,re-seeding rate was 1.85%,missed-seeding rate was 0.The bench test of the seed metering device was carried out with the JPS-12 performance testing platform.In the bench test,when the speed of the seed metering device was 40 r/min and the inclination angle was 15°,the variation coefficient of the distance between the cotton grains was 0.034,and the seeding uniformity was higher,indicating that the performance of the seed metering device was better,and the seed metering effect of the bench test was good.The re-seeding rate and missed-seeding rate of the field test were improved compared with the results of the test bench,but still met the qualified rate of more than 90%,and the variation coefficient of grain spacing was less than 10%,which could be used for field sowing.
