摘 要:谷物清选是指对谷物进行杂质、糠麸、霉变、发芽和虫害等方面的清选,能够有效去除谷物中的杂质和不良颗粒,提高谷物的品质和营养价值。为此,对谷物籽粒清选装置的关键部件进行设计与试验,并对设备的结构设计、动力传递、筛分效果等多个因素进行了相应的优化。最后,对试验得到的数据进行响应面分析,得出了最优设计方案。试验结果表明:最优入料速度为1.5 m/s、最优振动筛振动频率为45 Hz、最优驱动轴转速为600 r/min时,谷物清选装置的籽粒清洁率为98.26%,装置能够有效提高谷物的品质和加工效率。Grain scavenging refers to the screening and sorting of grains for impurities,bran,mold,germination and insect damage,which can effectively remove impurities and undesirable particles from grains and improve the quality and nutritional value of grains.In this paper,the key components of the grain seed cleaning device are designed and tested.In the design process,several factors such as the structural design of the device,power transmission and sieving effect are considered and optimized accordingly.And the data obtained from the experiments were subjected to response surface analysis,and the optimal design solution was derived.The results show that the optimal feeding speed is 1.5 m/s,the optimal vibrating frequency of the vibrating screen is 45 Hz,and the optimal drive shaft speed is 600 r/min,at which the seed cleaning rate of the grain cleaning device is 98.26%.The research results show that the device can effectively improve the quality and processing efficiency of the grain.The cleaning device has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and good cleaning effect,and can be widely used in agricultural production.
