摘  要:响应面分析法是一种常用的统计分析方法,可以用于优化产品设计和工艺参数。针对玉米免耕播种机的优化,在前期研究基础上,选取圆盘直径、圆盘夹角和圆盘倾角为影响因素,以机器前进阻力和开沟稳定性为评估指标,进行二次旋转正交试验,对试验结果进行响应面法优化分析。研究结果表明:各影响因素对鲜食玉米播种效率影响的主次顺序依次为圆盘夹角、圆盘直径、圆盘倾角;通过分析得到优化结果为圆盘直径350 mm、圆盘夹角16.5°、圆盘倾角6°时,理论前进阻力为600.59 N,开沟稳定性为91.06%,满足玉米农业生产要求。Response surface analysis is a common statistical analysis method that can be used to optimize product design and process parameters.For the optimization of corn no-till planter,based on the previous research,this paper selected disc diameter,disc angle and disc inclination as the influencing factors,and carried out quadratic rotation orthogonal test with machine forward resistance and furrowing stability as the evaluation indexes,and carried out response surface method optimization analysis on the test results.The research results showed that:the main order of each influencing factor on fresh corn sowing efficiency was:disc angle,disc diameter,disc inclination;the optimization results obtained through the analysis were:disc diameter 350 mm,disc angle 16.5°,disc inclination 6°,at this time the theoretical forward resistance was 600.59 N,and furrowing stability was 91.06%,which met the requirements of corn agricultural production.
