摘 要:为推动无人机在葛根植保作业中的应用,提升葛根种植产业的机械化作业水平,探究了植保无人机在葛根生长调节施药作业中的最优参数组合。采用四因素(飞行速度、飞行高度、施用药液量、施药浓度)三水平正交试验,研究植保无人机在不同作业参数组合下喷施多效唑后葛根叶面的雾滴沉积量,以及对葛根主茎藤的生长调节效果。结果表明:影响雾滴沉积量的主次因素依次是飞行速度、施用药液量、施药浓度和飞行高度,当飞行速度为3 m/s、施用药液量为17.91 L/hm^(2)、施药浓度为0.6%、飞行高度选择最低水平时,可获得较大的雾滴沉积量;从葛根主茎藤生长调节效果看,对施药后第3天的生长调节效果影响较大的是施药浓度和飞行高度,对第8天和第15天影响较大的是施药浓度、施用药液量和飞行高度,且施药浓度的影响一直处于极显著的水平;多效唑的实际药效在施药后的15 d内随时间的推移在整体上呈现出增强的态势;施药后的第15天,施药浓度为1.2%处理组的主茎藤伸长变化相较于空白对照组减少了60%以上;当飞行高度为2.3 m、施药浓度为1.2%、施用药液量为17.91 L/hm^(2)、飞行速度选择最低水平时,可获得较好的生长调节效果。综合雾滴沉积量和葛根主茎藤生长调节效果,初步探寻出最优的作业参数组合为:飞行速度3 m/s,飞行高度2.3 m,施用药液量17.91 L/hm^(2),施药浓度1.2%。研究结果可为葛根生长调节施药过程中植保无人机作业参数的合理设置提供参考和指导。The optimal operation parameters combination of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in the growth regulation application of Pueraria lobata was explored to promote the application of UAV in Pueraria lobata plant protection operation,and raise the mechanized operation level of Pueraria lobata planting industry.The droplet deposition on the Pueraria lobata leaf and the growth regulation effect on the main vine stem of Pueraria lobata after UAV spraying paclobutrazol under different operation parameter combinations were studied using four factors(flight speed,flight height,spray volume,spray concentration)and three levels orthogonal tests.The results showed that the primary and secondary factors affecting the droplet deposition were flight speed,spray volume,spray concentration and flight height in turn,and a larger droplet deposition could be obtained when the flight speed was 3 m/s,spray volume was 17.91 L/hm^(2),spray concentration was 0.6%,and the flight height was selected at the lowest level.From the perspective of the growth regulation effect on the main vine stem of Pueraria lobata,the spray concentration and flight height had a greater impact on the growth regulating effect of the third day after spraying,while the spray concentration,spray volume and flight height had a greater impact on the eighth and fifteenth days,and the effect of the spray concentration was always at a very significant level.The actual efficacy of paclobutrazol showed an overall strengthening trend with the passage of time within 15 days after spraying.On the fifteenth day after spraying,the elongation of main stems and vines in the treatment group with the spray concentration of 1.2%decreased by more than 60%compared with the blank control group.When the flight height was 2.3 m,the spray concentration was 1.2%,the spray volume was 17.91 L/hm^(2) and the lowest flight speed was selected,a better growth regulation effect was obtained.Integrated the droplet deposition and the growth regulation effect on the main vine stem of Pueraria lobata,the
