摘  要:人工操控插秧机作业时,操控不当即出现插秧机作业轨迹的偏离,由此造成人工和秧苗的浪费。为此,基于三维虚拟仿真系统设计了自动智能插秧机,主要组成包括插秧机、控制中心、数据采集系统、通信装置、远程监控系统、虚拟仿真系统和数据库。为了保证插秧机的结构合理性和性能,重点针对插秧机的核心部件——推秧装置进行了三维虚拟仿真设计,并从插秧机关键部件的运动规律入手,进行装置的动力学模型设计和计算,同时利用ANSYS软件对关键部件进行有限元分析,以准确地实现插秧机的三维虚拟仿真。为了验证该插秧机的性能,对其进行分插机构的强度分析试验和虚拟仿真联合作业试验,结果表明:插秧机的强度符合设备要求,虚拟仿真试验能够代表真实的插秧机,结果具有真实性和可靠性。Aiming at the problem of manual control of the transplanter operation,there is no immediate control of the transplanter operation track deviation,resulting in the waste of manpower and the waste of seedlings,the automatic intelligent transplanter was designed based on the 3D virtual simulation system.Its main components included transplanter,control center,data acquisition system,communication device,remote monitoring system,virtual simulation system and the database.To ensure the structure rationality and performance of the transplanter,3D virtual simulation design was carried out for the core component of the transplanter,the seedling pushing device.The dynamic model of the transplanter was designed and calculated based on the motion law of the key components.ANSYS software was used to analyze the key parts of the transplanter in order to realize 3D virtual simulation accurately.In order to verify the performance of the transplanter,the strength analysis test and virtual simulation joint operation test of the transplanter were carried out.The test results showed that the strength load equipment requirements of transplanter,virtual simulation test could represent the real transplanter,the test results had the authenticity and feasibility.
