摘  要:田间除草机械化具有效率高、效果好、节省人力资源等优点,且机械化除草还能降低农药使用量、减小环境污染和提高作物的品质和安全性。底盘是整个除草机的支撑和承载部分,但目前除草机底盘稳定性较低。为此,对目前市面上常见的除草机底盘结构进行了分析和比较,提出了改进方案调整重心位置,设计了一种“手指仿形除草装置”,并对除草机控制系统进行设计与优化。在设计完成后,以玉米地除草为试验环境开展试验验证,结果表明:优化后的底盘结构具有更好的稳定性,与人工除草和改进前除草装置相比,具有更好的杂草控制效果,且效率提高了,玉米产量可提高21.3%~25.8%,能够更好地适应不同的作业环境和草坪情况。In modern agriculture,mechanization of field weeding has become an indispensable part,which has the advantages of high efficiency,good effect and saving human resources,etc.At the same time,mechanized weeding can also reduce the use of pesticides and the risk of environmental pollution,and improve the quality and safety of crops.The chassis is the supporting and carrying part of the whole weeder,but the stability of the current weeder chassis is low.This paper analyzed and compared the chassis structure of the common weeders on the market at present,and found that there were some design defects and shortcomings.Then we proposed an improvement plan to adjust the center of gravity and design a“finger weeding device”,and then designed and optimized the weeder control system.The results showed that the optimized chassis structure had better stability and efficiency,and had better weed control effect compared with manual weeding and weeding device before improvement,and the corn yield can be significantly increased by 21.3%-25.8%.It can better adapt to different operating environments and turf conditions.
