摘  要:针对固定式枣枝粉碎机无法根据粉碎喂入量进行适配调速,导致粉碎机械能耗大、易堵塞停机等问题,设计了以PLC为控制平台的自动控制系统,既可以通过触摸屏手动调整作业速度,又可实时检测喂入枝条的质量变化,实现自动调整作业速度。试验结果表明:安装控制系统的枣枝粉碎机运行平稳,无堵塞停机现象,粉碎木屑平均合格率为91.99%,能耗较原机械降低8.6%,满足枣枝粉碎机控制系统需求。In order to solve the problems that the fixed jujube branch crusher can not adjust speed according to the cru shing feed quantity,which leads to high crushing energy consumption and easy clogging and shutdown,an automatic control system based on PLC was designed.The control system can adjust the working speed manually through the touch screen,and can also detect the quality change of the feeding branches in real time,and realize the automatic adjustment of the working speed.The test results showed that the jujube branch crusher installed with the control system ran smoothly and without blockage,the average qualified rate of crushing sawdust was 91.99%,and the energy consumption was 8.6%lower than that of the original machinery,which met the requirements of the jujube branch crusher control system.
