温室大棚吊秧绳打结装置设计与试验

摘  要:吊秧是温室大棚生产中必不可少的一项劳动密集型工作。针对目前温室大棚吊秧绳手工打结作业强度大、用工成本高的问题,设计了一种温室大棚吊秧绳打结装置。首先,确定了打结装置的双α环成结方式和工作原理,并对夹持机构、缠绕机构和勾绳机构等关键部件进行了设计;其次,利用拟定的打结运动时序图,建立打结装置虚拟样机模型,对打结过程进行了运动学仿真,得到了移动距离、转动速度和时间的关系;最后,制作了样机并进行绳结稳定性试验验证。结果表明:装置可在8 s内完成一次吊秧打结动作,能够有效地提高吊秧效率和安全性,可为温室大棚吊秧提供一种新的方案和配套装置。Hanging seedling is a labor-intensive task essential in greenhouse production.In order to address the high intensity and high labor cost of the manual knot-tying operation of hanging seedling rope in greenhouse,a novel knot-tying device for this purpose was designed.Firstly,the doubleα-loop knot forming mode and working principle of the knot-tying device were determined,along with key components such as the clamping mechanism,winding mechanism,and hook rope mechanism.A virtual prototype model of the knot-tying device was then built to simulate the knot-tying process,and the relationship between moving distance,rotating speed,and time was obtained.The results demonstrated that the device could complete the action of lifting and knotting within 8 s,significantly improving the efficiency and safety of seedling lifting.It provided a new scheme and supportive device for hanging seedling in greenhouse.
