摘  要:随着我国北斗卫星导航技术和自动控制技术的不断发展完善,精准农业技术逐渐成为研究重点。为此,基于RBF-PID控制调节算法,设计了一种以PLC为核心的变量施肥闭环控制系统,可根据北斗定位信息和不同地块施肥处方,利用步进电机驱动排肥器分别对N、P、K等3种肥料进行单独控制,实现精准变量施肥。最后,对控制系统的施肥性能(施肥精度、施肥均匀性)进行了试验,结果表明:排肥量最大相对误差ε为3.85%,最大均匀性变异系数σ为2.81%,满足精准施肥作业要求。With the continuous development and improvement of BeiDou satellite navigation technology and automatic control technology in China,precision agriculture technology has gradually become the focus of research.In this paper,based on RBF-PID control and regulation algorithm,a PLC-based closed-loop control system for variable fertilization was designed,which can realize precise variable fertilization by using stepper motor-driven fertilizer rower to control N,P and K fertilizers individually according to BeiDou positioning information and fertilization prescriptions of different plots.Finally,the fertilization performance(fertilization accuracy and fertilization uniformity)of the control system was tested,the results showed that the maximum relative errorεof the fertilizer discharge volume was 3.85%and the maximum uniformity coefficient of variationσwas 2.81%,which met the requirements of precision fertilization operation.
