摘 要:为解决畜禽粪尿还田问题,根据不同地块、不同作物需求,研制了一种有机液肥撒施机。重点介绍了对真空叶片旋转泵的改进,并进行撒施机技术参数分析和底盘设计。机具长8.8 m,宽2.6 m,容积11 m3。通过田间试验,验证了设计的可行性,能够为规模化养殖场有效解决畜禽粪污环境污染与回收还田问题提供一条可探索之路。In order to solve the problem of livestock manure and urine returning to the field,a kind of organic liquid fertilizer spreader was developed according to the needs of different plots and crops.The improvement of vacuum vane rotary pump,technical parameter analysis and chassis design of spreader were introduced emphatically.It was 8.8 m long,2.6 m wide and has a volume of 11 m 3.Field experiments on the liquid fertilizer spreader were carried out,and the feasibility of this design was verified.It provided an exploratory road for large-scale breeding farms to effectively solve the environmental pollution of livestock and poultry manure and return to the field.
