摘　　要：目的系统评价国内足月单胎孕妇孕期体重过度增长(excessive gestational weight gain,EGWG)的发生率,为临床实践和基层孕期保健工作提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Sicence、EBSCO、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普、SinoMed等中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年11月。结果纳入文献36篇,共62834例足月单胎妊娠孕妇,EGWG的发生率为37.0%。亚组分析显示,大专以下文化程度、从事脑力劳动、孕期缺乏规律运动、孕前体质量指数≥25、初产妇、患有妊娠期糖尿病或妊娠期高血压的孕妇,EGWE发生率更高(均P<0.05)。Meta回归分析表明,发表时间、南方地区、队列研究可能是造成异质性的因素(P<0.05)。结论EGWG问题日益严重,妇幼保健人员应采取积极措施,识别高危人群,预防由EGWG引起的不良妊娠结局。Objective To systematically evaluate the incidence of excessive gestational weight gain(EGWG)in full-term single pregnant women in China,and provide reference for clinical practice and primary healthcare prenatal care services.Methods A computer search was conducted on PubMed,Web of Sicence,EBSCO,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and other Chinese and English databases,the search period is up to November 2023.Results A total of 62834 full-term singleton pregnancies were included in 36 literatures,and the incidence of EGWG was 37.0%.Subgroup analysis showed the incidence of EGWG was higher in women with less than junior college education,mental work,irregular exercise during pregnancy,pre-pregnancy BMI≥25,primipara,gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension(all P<0.05).Meta-regression analysis showed that publication time,southern region and cohort study may be the sources of heterogeneity(P<0.05).Conclusions The problem of EGWG is prominent,maternal and child health care workers need to take active measures to screen high-risk groups to prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by EGWG.
