臭氧氧化处理矿井水微量油及溶解性有机物的研究

摘  要:煤矿矿井水由于流经采煤巷道和工作面而具有较高的溶解性有机物,但仍易受煤、机油等的污染,需采用臭氧氧化技术以实现去除矿井水石油类的同时兼顾去除水中的溶解性有机物。结合臭氧氧化实验工艺流程,通过调整臭氧与废水的接触氧化时间,按照长时少次、短时多次、取样测试3个阶段进行臭氧接触氧化处理后出水COD_(Cr)和石油类物质的含量及去除率的相关分析。结果表明:接触反应时间对臭氧氧化矿井水中石油类物质效果影响十分显著,接触反应时间越长则水中的油类污染物就越低、处理效果越佳,但从经济性角度考量则不能无限制的延长作用时间;当臭氧量为40 mg/L、反应水量为0.5 m^(3)/h时,最佳反应接触时间为40 min,石油类和溶解性有机物去除率最高,分别为29.63%和19.91%,即该反应时间下石油类物质和COD_(Cr)能同时达到最佳的反应效率和去除效果;有效接触反应时间控制在40~60 min即可使矿井水中微量油含量低于0.4 mg/L,达到处理标准。Coal mine water has high dissolved organic matter due to the flow through the coal mining roadway and working face,but is still susceptible to contamination by coal and motor oil.It is necessary to use ozone oxidation technology to achieve the removal of petroleum in mine water while taking into account the removal of dissolved organic matter.Combined with the ozone oxidation experimental process,by adjusting the contact oxidation time between ozone and wastewater,the correlation analysis of the content and removal rate of COD_(Cr)and petroleum in the effluent water after ozone contact oxidation treatment was carried out according to the three phases:long-term few times,short-time multiple times,and sampling testing.The results showed that:there was a significant effect of contact reaction time on the effect of ozone oxidation of petroleum in mine water,the longer the contact reaction time,the lower the petroleum in the water,the better the treatment effect;but from the economic point of view,it is not possible to prolong the action of the time indefinitely.When the ozone amount was 40 mg/L and the reaction water volume was 0.5 m^(3)/h,the optimal reaction contact time was 40 min.The highest removal rate of petroleum and dissolved organic matter was 29.63%and 19.91%.Under this reaction time,petroleum and COD_(Cr)could reach the best reaction efficiency and removal effect concurrently.The effective contact reaction time was controlled at 40-60 min to make the trace petroleum in mine water lower than 0.4 mg/L and reach the treatment standard.
