摘  要:研究典型焦煤在热解和成焦过程中的流动性和形貌变化规律,对于揭示炼焦煤成焦机制具有重要意义。利用煤岩学分析方法研究4种焦煤在镜质体反射率及其分布规律、显微组成等方面的差异性,利用吉氏流动度研究热解温度对炼焦煤胶质体流动性的影响,利用坩埚焦实验和电镜研究热解温度对热解固体产物表面形貌的影响。结果表明:4种焦煤的基础煤质特性有较大差异,常规指标与焦炭质量的相关性不太显著;JM-4镜质组含量最低,其与JM-2同属于低镜质组煤,JM-1和JM-3属于中镜质组煤;JM-2和JM-3对应胶质体的流动性随着温度的升高增长迅速,且胶质体的流动性大小基本一致,而相同温度下JM-1对应的流动性最小;随着热解温度的提高,JM-1所得热解产物的孔隙率呈现先增加后减小的趋势,在胶质体达到最大流动度时所对应的颗粒孔隙率最高。Studying the transformation law of the coking coal during pyrolysis and the reflectance and the morphology in coking processes is of great significance for revealing the coking mechanism of coking coal.The differences in vitrinite reflectance,distribution patterns,and microscopic composition of four types of coking coal were studied using coal petrology analysis methods.The effect of pyrolysis temperature on the flowability of coking coal plastie mass was studied using the gieseler fluidity.The influence of pyrolysis temperature on the surface morphology of pyrolysis solid products was studied using crucible coke experiments and electron microscopy.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the basic coal quality characteristics of the four types of coking coal,and the correlation between conventional indicators and coke quality is not very significant;JM-4 has the lowest content of vitrinite and it is classified as a low vitrinite coal along with JM-2,JM-1 and JM-3 belong to the mesoscopic coal group;the flowability of the corresponding plastie mass in JM-2 and JM-3 increases rapidly with increasing temperature,and the flowability of the plastie mass is basically the same,while the flowability of JM-1 is the smallest at the same temperature;as the pyrolysis temperature increases,the porosity of the pyrolysis products obtained from JM-1 shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the highest particle porosity corresponding to the maximum flowability of the gel body.
