摘 要:气煤、长焰煤等弱黏结性煤的惰性组分在炼焦过程中起到骨架的作用,其颗粒的大小影响焦炭的结合面位置及尺寸,因而影响焦炭的质量,因此炼焦煤的粒度是影响焦炭质量的关键因素。为了研究气煤和长焰煤在炼焦配煤过程中的最佳粒度分布范围,采用破碎设备分别将禾草沟的气煤和榆林的长焰煤破碎到<0.50、0.50~2.00 mm粒度范围内,与主焦煤按相同的配比组成5种配合煤,分别在相同的实验条件下进行40 kg小焦炉炼焦试验,并对各方案下的焦炭机械强度和热态强度进行分析。结果表明:配合煤中的长焰煤和气煤在破碎过程中粒径应控制在0.50~2.00 mm,可以改善焦炭机械强度及热态强度;而当气煤和长焰煤过破后,特别是当粒径破碎后到0.50 mm以下时,会引起焦炭机械强度及热态强度的劣化。对于气煤和长焰煤等需进行预破碎的煤种,应对破碎设备的工艺参数进行优化和改进,从而保证破碎后的粒度分布集中在0.50~2.00 mm。The inert component of weakly bonded coal such as gas coal and long flame coal play a skeleton role in the coking process,and the size of coal particle affects the position and size of the binding surface in coke,therefore it affects the quality of coke.Therefore,the particle size of coking coal is the critical affect factor for the quality of coke.In order to research the optimal particle size distribution of gas coal and long flame coal in coking and blending process,the gas coal that comes from Hecaogou and the long flame coal that comes from Yulin were broken to less than 0.50 and 0.50-2.00 mm respectively by using crushing equipment,which mixed with the main coking coal in the same ratio,and composed 5 kinds of mixed coal.40 kg coke oven coking tests under the same experimental conditions were conducted,and the mechanical strength and thermal strength of coke under each scheme were analyzed.The results show that the particle size of long flame coal and gas coal should be controlled between 0.50-2.00 mm,which could improve the mechanical strength and thermal strength of coke;when the particle size of the gas coal and long flame coal were broken too much,especially below 0.50 mm,it will lead to degradation of mechanical strength and thermal strength of coke,for the coal such as gas coal and long-flame coal,which need to be primary crushing,the process parameters of the crushing equipment should be optimized and improved,so as to ensure that the particle size distribution after crushing is concentrated in 0.50-2.00 mm.
