摘 要:原料煤的性质对煤炭液化的反应性具有重要的影响,系统研究神东煤及其显微组分的液化反应性,对于指导液化用煤的选择以及优化液化条件具有重要的实际意义。通过离心分离实现神东煤岩显微组分的高纯度分离,研究显微组分富集物的基本特性,并利用高压釜实验对比神东原煤、镜质组富集物和惰质组富集物的液化反应性,结果发现:当镜质组和惰质组的离心分离密度级分别为1.322~1.328 g/cm^(3)和1.372~1.380 g/cm^(3)时,可分别获得镜质组含量97.5%、惰质组含量96.8%的显微组分富集物;在液化反应过程中,各显微组分之间可能存在协同作用;氢有效利用率可较好地表征煤的加氢液化反应性;神东原煤的沥青烯产率最高,镜质组富集物的水产率最高,惰质组富集物的气产率最高;原煤的液化反应性和氢有效利用率最高,其次为镜质组富集物,惰质组富集物最低。The properties of raw coal have an important influence on the reactivity of coal liquefaction.It is of great practical significance to systematically study the liquefaction reactivity of Shendong coal and its macerals for guiding the selection of coal for liquefaction and optimizing liquefaction conditions.High-purity separation of macerals in Shendong coal was achieved by centrifugal separation,and the basic characteristics of macerals were studied.The liquefaction reactivities of raw coal,concentrated vitrinite and concentrated inertinite in Shendong coal were compared by autoclave experiments.The results showed that concentrated vitrinite of 97.5%could be obtained when the centrifugal separation densities were 1.322-1.328 g/cm^(3),while concentrated inertinite of 96.8%could be obtained when the centrifugal separation densities were 1.372-1.380 g/cm^(3),respectively.In the process of liquefaction reaction,there may be synergistic effect between the macerals.The hydro-liquefaction reactivity of coal could be well characterized by efficiency of hydrogen.The asphaltene yield was highest in raw coal,the water yield was the highest in concentrated vitrinite,and the gas yield was highest in concentrated inertinite.The liquefaction reactivity and efficiency of hydrogen were the highest in raw coal,followed by concentrated vitrinite,the concentrated inertinite was the lowest.
