摘　　要：钢铁企业的煤质分析主要包括进厂煤和厂内各类工程煤的取样、制样以及物理、化学性能分析检测,目前冶金行业需强化对使用的煤炭种类、煤质分析项目、检测标准的关注度,因而对钢铁企业常见煤质分析项目及检测标准进行系统整理及评述具有现实意义。对炼焦煤、高炉喷吹煤、烧结用煤及电厂用煤四类进厂煤以及原料分厂、烧结分厂、焦化分厂、高炉分厂和电厂等厂内工程煤的种类及其典型分析项目进行梳理,对煤炭取制样和分析标准进行逐项评述,对各类国家标准的试验原理、与ISO/ASTM标准的对应关系、主要指标、试样粒度要求、试样质量要求进行汇总,以期为钢铁企业工程设计人员及试验室操作人员提供借鉴。最后提出需确认各类分析方法的有效性、准确统一某些指标的定义、尽快制定全自动煤制样及分析系统标准等建议。The coal quality analysis of iron and steel enterprises mainly includes sampling,preparation,and physical and chemical performance analysis and testing of incoming coal and various types of engineering coal in the plant.Currently,the metallurgical industry needs to strengthen its attention to the types of coal used,coal quality analysis items,and testing standards.Therefore,it is of practical significance to systematically organize and evaluate common coal quality analysis items and testing standards in iron and steel enterprises.The types and typical analysis items of four kinds of incoming coal,namely coking coal,blast furnace injection coal,sintering coal,and power plant coal were sorted out,as well as the engineering coal in raw material plants,sintering plants,coking plants,blast furnace plants,and power plants.Coal sampling and sample preparation and analysis standards were commented item by item,the testing principles of various national standards,their corresponding relationships with ISO/ASTM standards,main indicators,sample particle size requirements,and sample quality requirements were summarized,in order to provide reference for engineering designers and laboratory operators in steel enterprises Finally,it is suggested to confirm the effectiveness of various analysis methods,accurately unify the definition of certain indicators,and formulate standards for fully automatic coal sampling and analysis systems as soon as possible.
