摘 要:采用吸附解析—热导法测定煤中碳、氢、氮含量,具有自动化程度高、测定周期短的特点,在一定程度上可弥补经典方法的操作步骤较为复杂、测定周期长及对操作人员要求较高之不足。为深入阐述吸附解析-热导法测定煤中碳氢氮含量的原理,从进样和通氧系统、燃烧和还原系统、分离系统及检测系统剖析德国vario Macro cube型元素分析仪的基本结构,并阐述热导检测器原理,以图示和化学方程式的方式对吸附解析—热导法测定煤中碳、氢和氮元素含量的应用进行解析。从反应管试剂装填、仪器清理、气密性检查、空白实验、试样称量、仪器标定、漂移校正等方面阐述吸附解析—热导法测定煤中碳氢氮含量时需注意的事项,以帮助煤质检验人员深入了解与掌握元素分析仪的操作,保证煤中碳氢氮含量的准确测定。The determination of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content in coal by adsorption analysis-thermal conductivity method has the characteristics of high degree of automation and short measurement cycle,which can make up for the complex operation steps,long measurement cycle and high requirements for operators.To explain the principle of adsorption analysis-thermal conductivity method,from the injection and oxygen system,combustion and reduction system,separation system and detection system,the basic structure of German Vario Macro cube element analyzer were analyzed.The principle of thermal conductivity detector were demonstrated in the way of illustration and chemical equation of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content.From the reaction tube reagent filling,instrument cleaning,air tightness inspection,blank experiment,sample weighing,instrument calibration,drift correction,the notices of determination of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen in coal by adsorption analysis thermal conductivity method were demonstrated,which can help coal quality inspectors better understand and master the operation of element analyzers,and ensure accurate determination of carbon,hydrogen,and nitrogen content in coal.
