摘  要:准确测定煤中全硫含量对于了解煤炭的性质和指导生产应用均具有重要意义,因而需对库仑法测定煤中全硫的影响因素进行总结归纳。基于库仑法测定煤中全硫含量的原理,通过分析影响测定结果准确性的主要因素,选择受仪器状态和人员操作影响较大的抽气流量、三氧化钨铺撒效果、称样质量3个因子,每个因子设置3个水平,采用L_(9)(3^(4))表进行正交试验设计并试验。试验前对设备进行全面维护和曲线标定,确保设备稳定可靠,选择硫含量在标定范围内的低、中、高3种有证煤标准样品进行正交试验,利用方差分析技术对结果进行统计分析。结果表明,样品质量在(50±5)mg范围内,在显著性水平95%下样品质量对结果影响不显著;随着煤样中全硫含量的增大,在显著性水平95%下抽气流量与三氧化钨铺设效果对结果影响逐渐显著,从而为采用库仑法测定煤中全硫的实践应用提供经验指导,同时为智能库仑测硫仪的研发与改进提供参考。Accurate determination of total sulfur content in coal is of great significance for understanding coal properties and guiding production applications,thus it is necessary to summarize the influencing factors of the Coulometric method for measuring total sulfur in coal.Based on the principle of the Coulometric method for measuring total sulfur content in coal,by analyzing the main factors that affect the accuracy of measurement results,three factors were selected:pumping flow rate,tungsten trioxide spreading effect,and sample weighing mass,which are greatly influenced by instrument conditions and personnel operation.Each factor was set at three levels,and an orthogonal experimental design was conducted using an L_(9)(3^(4))table.Before the experiment,comprehensive maintenance and curve calibration were performed on the equipment to ensure its stability and reliability.Certified coal standard samples with low,medium,and high sulfur contents within the calibration range were selected for testing,and variance analysis techniques were used to statistically analyze the results.The results indicated that when the sample mass was within the range of(50±5)mg,the sample mass had no significant effect on the results at a significance level of 95%;however,as the total sulfur content in the coal sample increased,the pumping flow rate and tungsten trioxide spreading effect gradually had a significant impact on the results at a significance level of 95%.This provides empirical guidance for the practical application of the Coulometric method in measuring total sulfur in coal and serves as a reference for the development and improvement of intelligent Coulometric sulfur analyzers.
