新型防脱空预制方钢管混凝土柱轴压性能试验研究及有限元分析

摘  要:为解决方钢管混凝土柱施工过程中出现的钢管与混凝土界面脱空问题,提出一种后浇自密实灌浆料的预制方钢管混凝土柱,通过轴压试验研究其力学性能和破坏模式,并提出其轴压承载力计算公式,参数化分析预留缝隙厚度、后浇灌浆料强度等因素对该新型防脱空预制方钢管混凝土柱轴压性能的影响规律.结果表明:浇筑自密实灌浆料的预制方钢管混凝土柱能够有效避免界面脱空现象的出现,且极限承载力高于相同强度等级现浇钢管混凝土柱,20 mm预留缝隙使用C40灌浆料后,其承载力约提升4%,峰值荷载对应位移更大,试件变形能力得到提高;提高后浇灌浆料强度等级可以有效提高其轴压性能,选取C40灌浆料时相比选用C30灌浆料极限承载力可提高4.65%.In order to solve the interface defects problem of concrete-filled square steel tubular(CFSST)column,post-poured CFSST column is proposed in this paper.The axial compression tests on specimens were conducted to investigate the failure pattern and the bearing capacity,and the formula for calculating its axial compressive capacity is presented.The finite element analysis considering the parameters such as reserved gap thickness and different self-compacting concrete strength were carried out to study the axial compression performance to prevent interface cavitation defects.The results indicate that precast square steel-reinforced concrete columns cast with self-compacting concrete strength can effectively avoid the occurrence of interface voids.The ultimate bearing capacity is higher than that of current CFSST with the same strength grade.For example,using a 20mm reserved gap and C40 concrete,the bearing capacity is increased by approximately 4%,and the peak load corresponds to a larger displacement.The deformation capacity of the specimens is improved.Increasing the strength grade of the concrete can effectively enhance its axial compression performance.When choosing C40 concrete,the ultimate bearing capacity is increased by 4.65%.
