摘 要:以上海市徐家汇地区为例,对一处包含多栋大型建筑群落的区域进行城市模型的建立,研究分析大型建筑对该地区夏季微气候特征的影响。结果表明,大型建筑通过对近地面流场的阻碍产生低风速区,其导致的热堆积现象使得行人高度以下空间气温明显升高;同时,大型建筑裙房屋顶对高空释放的建筑排热升高了高空气温,在屋顶上方10m高度内平均气温升高0.5℃以上,并且大型建筑裙房屋顶对高空气流的拖曳作用使其上方10m高度内风速降低了25%以上。This study takes Xujiahui area in Shanghai as an example,the urban area that includesmulti large buildingsare modeled,to analyze the impact of large buildings on the microclimate characteristics of the area during summer.The results show that the obstruction effect of large buildings at the near-ground convection field causes low wind speed areas,which leadto thermal accumulation phenomena that significantly increase the air temperature in the space below pedestrian height.Meanwhile,the heat released from the rooftops of large buildings increases the air temperature at high altitude,which causesthe average air temperature within 10 meters above the rooftops rise more than 0.5°C.And the rooftops of large buildings have a drag effect on the highaltitude convection field and reduce wind speed by more than 25%within 10 meters above rooftops.
