摘  要:良好的室内气流组织设计是保证排风柜实验台正常运行的前提,针对酿酒实验室排风柜的布局设计,采用Fluent建立了实验室房间的数值分析模型,就实验室送风口的方位及形式对实验室排风柜的面风速度及排风柜操作员周围的污染物体积百分数的影响进行了数值分析,并确定送风形式。研究结果表明:在狭小空间内的排风柜性能取决于实验室气流组织,仅从门送风的单送风形式会不利于发挥排风柜性能,而以门送风为主屋顶送风为辅的双送风形式能改善室内气流组织,满足绿色实验室通风要求。A good indoor air flow organization design is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the fume hood experimental platform.For the layout design of the fume hood in the brewing laboratory,a numerical analysis model of the laboratory room was established using Fluent.The influence of the orientation and form of the laboratory air supply on inlet flow velocity of the fume hood and the volume percentage of pollutants around the operator was numerically analyzed,and the air supply form was determined.The research results indicate that the performance of fume hood in narrow spaces depends on the laboratory airflow organization.A single air supply form that only supplies air from the door is not conducive to maximizing the performance of fume hoods,while a double air supply form that mainly supplies air from the door and supplemented by roof air can improve indoor airflow organization and meet the ventilation requirements of green laboratories.
