摘 要:为研究ZL104铝合金在高温高应变率下的力学行为并获得其力学模型参数,基于万能试验机、霍普金森压杆、一级轻气炮实验系统在宽应变率范围内(10^(-3)~10^(4)s^(-1))进行了室温准静态拉伸、不同温度下的动态压缩及平板撞击实验.实验结果表明ZL104铝合金具有明显的应变硬化和应变率增强效应,层裂强度与应变率呈线性正相关关系.基于Johnson Cook(J-C)本构模型、Gruneisen状态方程和实验结果对ZL104铝合金的相关参数进行了标定,通过LS-Dyna有限元软件对其损伤过程进行分析,并根据动态压缩和平板撞击的实验结果验证了标定的J-C本构模型和Gruneisen状态方程参数的可靠性.In order to investigate the mechanical behavior of ZL104 aluminum alloy under high temperature and high strain rate and obtain its numerical simulation model parameters,quasi-static tensile tests at room temperature,dynamic compression tests at different temperatures and plate impact tests were conducted by universal testing machine,Hopkinson compression bar and first stage light gas gun testing system within wide strain rate range(10^(-3)~10^(4)s^(-1)).The experimental results indicate that ZL104 aluminum alloy shows obvious strain hardening and strain rate enhancement effects,and the spalling strength is linearly positively correlated with strain rate.Based on the Johnson Cook(J-C)constitutive model,Gruneisen state equation and experimental results,the relevant parameters of ZL104 aluminum alloy were calibrated.The damage process was analyzed using LS-Dyna finite element software.In addition,the reliability of the J-C constitutive model and Gruneisen state equation parameters was verified based on experimental results of dynamic compression and plate impact.
