摘  要:为顺利拆除上跨高速公路大截面钢筋混凝土桥梁,通过采用立柱与桥梁组合爆破的方式,对两侧桥墩和箱梁结合处进行爆破,使桥梁原地坍塌。采用覆盖防护、近体防护、公路表面缓冲层、预留立柱根部等技术措施,降低了振动,抑制了爆破飞石。采用数值模拟方法对振动效应进行了分析,与实测振动速度相比,最大误差9.1%,吻合较好。爆破后,桥梁成功坍塌,并于3 h内完成了爆堆清理,恢复了高速路通行。本工程爆破方案、防护措施、施工组织等可为相似工程提供良好的借鉴。In order to successfully demolish the large-section reinforced concrete bridge of the overpass highway,a combination of column and bridge blasting was used to blast the junction of the bridge piers and box beams on both sides,causing the bridge to collapse in place.Technical measures such as covering protection,near body protection,road surface buffer layer,and reserved pier roots were adopted to reduce vibrations and suppress flyrocks.The vibrations effect was analyzed using numerical simulation method,and compared with the measured vibration velocity,the maximum error was 9.1%,which is in good agreement.After the explosion,the bridge successfully collapsed and the blast pile was cleared within 3 hours,restoring highway traffic.The blasting plan,protective methods,and construction organization of this project provides a good reference for similar projects.
