摘 要:针对华蓥山公路隧道双洞近距离下穿既有高顶山电站引水隧洞的空间位置关系,结合萨道夫斯基公式,提出了超前小导洞加扩挖的开挖方法和钻爆设计参数,与台阶法进行比选;通过LS-DYNA有限元软件建立计算模型,分别分析了超前小导洞加扩挖、台阶法开挖工况下爆破振动对引水隧洞结构安全的影响。研究结果表明:采用超前小导洞加扩挖方法可以有效控制爆破振速。通过现场爆破振动监测验证了实施效果,保证了华蓥山隧道双洞下穿既有引水隧洞结构和运营的安全稳定。For the spatial location relationship of the double caverns of the huayingshan highway tunnel under the existing gaodingshan power station diversion tunnel,combined with the Sadovsky formula,the excavation method and drilling and blasting design parameters of the overrunning small guide hole plus expansion excavation were proposed and compared with the step method.LS-DYNA finite element software was applied to establish the calculation model and analyze the influence of blasting vibration on the structural safety of the diversion tunnel under the excavation conditions of overrunning small guide hole with expansion and step method respectively.The research results show that the blasting vibration speed can be effectively controlled by using the overrunning small guide hole plus expansion method.The implementation effect is verified by on-site blasting vibration monitoring,which ensures the safety and stability of the structure and operation of the existing diversion tunnel under the double tunnel in huayingshan tunnel.
