摘 要:点胶工艺是影响点胶质量的重要因素。由于高黏度非牛顿流体胶对剪切速率的依赖性,点胶时采用的速度会影响胶液的流动变形。通过实验与仿真相结合的方法研究了胶液转移时基板与针头间液桥的动态行为。首先,探究了出胶流速对胶底初始状态的影响;其次,分析了针尖与胶液分离时产生的液桥形变;最后,探讨了不同出胶流速与拉伸速度对液桥断裂的综合影响。结果表明,低流速出胶会使胶液铺展直径更小,且出胶流速与拉伸速度对胶液分离断裂具有耦合影响。本研究为胶液转移的进一步系统研究和应用提供了仿真方法和实验数据,为点胶工艺优化提供了理论基础。Dispensing process is an important factor affecting the quality of dispensing.Due to the dependence of high viscosity non-Newtonian fluid adhesive on shear rate,the speed process used in dis-pensing affects the flow deformation of the adhesive.The dynamic behavior of the liquid bridge between the substrate and the needle during adhesive transfer was investigated by a combination method of experi-ment and simulation.Firstly,the effect of the adhesive extruding velocity on the initial state of the adhe-sive base was explored.Secondly,the deformation of the liquid bridge generated upon the separation from the needle tip was analyzed.Finally,the combined effects of the extruding and stretching velocities on the rupture of the liquid bridge were explored.The results indicate that low flow rate leads to smaller spreading diameter of the adhesive.Extruding and stretching velocities have coupled impacts on the sepa-ration and rupture of adhesive bridges.The research provides simulation methods and experimental data for further systematic exploration and application of adhesive transfer,and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of dispensing process.
