摘　　要：从“徽宁思恭堂”到“徽宁医治寄宿所”再到“徽宁医院”,是旅沪徽商慈善救助组织在名称上的变化,同时也是徽商在思想和行为上近代化转型的一个生动缩影。从“奠安旅榇”到“贫病有医”,反映的是徽商慈善救助观念的转变,慈善救助组织与运行机制的近代化也随之不断发展和完善。近代社会的变迁与徽商主动迈出传统走向近代的努力,是促使其慈善救助组织实现近代化转型的外因与内因。The evolution from“Huining Sigong Hall”to“Huining Medical Boarding House”and then to“Huining Hospital”was not represented a change in the name of the charitable relief organization established by Huizhou merchants in Shanghai,but also a vivid microcosm of the modernization transformation in the thoughts and behaviors of Huizhou merchants.The shift from“providing temporary burial services for deceased travelers”to“offering medical care for the poor and sick”reflected a change in the charitable relief concept of Huizhou merchants.With the change in concept,the modernization of their charitable relief organizations and operational mechanisms has been continuously developed and improved.The changes in modern society and the proactive efforts of Huizhou merchants to step out of tradition and move towards modernity were the external and internal factors that prompted their charitable relief organizations to achieve modern transformation.
