俄美军电子战能力现状对比分析及启示

摘　　要：自2022年俄乌冲突升级以来,俄美在战场上直接或间接的较量,持续改变着现代战争的形式。两国更加坚信电子战的重要性,持续加大投入、推动变革。从两国电子战内涵、发展趋势、力量编成、装备实力等方面进行分析,并利用对比分析法,提炼两国电子战在概念、发展趋势、编制结构、装备能力方面的异同。两国对电子战内涵的定义不同,但主体内容基本一致。俄军综合电子战能力强于美军,美军空中电子战能力强于俄军;俄军电子战装备数量多、成体系,美军则型号少、数量少,倚重EA-18G电子战飞机。分析了俄乌冲突对两国电子战建设发展的影响,并为我军电子战体系建设提出建议。Since the escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine in 2022,the direct or indirect contest between Russia and the United States in the battlefield has continued to change the form of modern warfare.The two countries are more convinced of the importance of electronic warfare and continue to increase investment in and promote change.This paper analyzes the connotation,development trend,force organization and equipment strength of electronic warfare of the two countries,and uses the comparative analysis method to refine the similarities and differences between the two countries in terms of electronic warfare concepts,development trends,organizational structure and equipment capabilities,etc..The two countries have different definitions of the connotation of electronic warfare,but the main content is basically the same.The Russian army′s comprehensive electronic warfare capability is stronger than that of the US military,and the US military′s air electronic warfare capability is stronger than that of the Russian army.The Russian army has a large number of electronic warfare equipment which are sysmatically formed,while the US military has few models and a small number,and relies on EA-18G electronic warfare aircraft.This paper analyzes the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the development of electronic warfare construction in the two countries,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of electronic warfare system of our army.
