摘 要:LLC谐振变换器多路交错并联具有良好的应用前景,然而谐振元件的物理参数偏差会导致各路LLC谐振电流不均衡的问题。针对这一情况,采用了一种原副边星形连接的三相交错LLC电路拓扑,同时对不同谐振参数进行分析,计算对谐振电路均流的影响程度。提出了一种在三相交错LLC谐振电路原边公共连接点和原边固定电位点之间引入高频成分输出通道,对谐振电流进行回流,减少干扰;同时结合比例积分控制对输入脉冲进行调相改变占空比,有效对谐振电流进行均流控制。最后利用仿真实验验证了该方法的可行性和准确性。LLC resonant converters with multiple interleaved parallel connections have good application prospects,but the deviation of physical parameters of resonant components may lead to the problem of unbalanced current in each LLC resonant circuit.In order to solve this problem,a three-phase interleaved LLC resonant converter circuit topology with the star connection of the primary and secondary sides is adopted,and different resonant parameters are analyzed to calculate the influence on the current sharing of the resonant circuit.A high-frequency component output channel is introduced between the primary common connection point and the primary fixed potential point of a three-phase interleaved LLC resonant circuit to backflow the resonant current and reduce interference.At the same time,combined with proportional-integral control,the phase of input pulse is modulated to change the duty cycle,and the current sharing of the resonant circuit is effectively controlled.Finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed control method are verified by simulation experiments.
