摘  要:利用有限元法对设计的滑环试验转台进行强度刚度和振动模态及谐响应分析。通过简化模型,计算了转台的应力和变形以及四阶固有频率。由于一阶固有频率较小,通过对转台进行优化设计处理,提高了其固有频率,并通过有限元谐响应分析,计算了试验转台在振动载荷下的位移和应力响应,来验证转台的结构可靠性。This paper analyzes the strength,stiffness,vibration mode and harmonic response of designed test turntable for slip ring by the finite element method.The stress,deformation and natural frequency of fourth-order is calculated by simplifying the model.Due to the small natural frequency of the first order,the natural frequency of the turntable is improved by optimizing the turntable.The displacement and stress response of the test turntable in the case of vibration load are calculated through finite element harmonic response analysis,so as to verify the structural reliability of the turntable.
