摘  要:对余热锅炉产汽等级、排烟温度选择和余热锅炉补燃问题以及烟风阻力进行了详细论述。对于省煤器低温腐蚀和管束热应力疲劳泄漏问题进行了全面阐述。余热锅炉产高压蒸汽相较中压蒸汽,每吨蒸汽增加效益10~15元。某催化裂化装置采用少补燃技术,装置能耗减少1.15 kgoe/t。余热锅炉采用复合结晶膜技术,避免管束与烟气中腐蚀性气体反应,不仅能有效阻止露点腐蚀,避免炉管泄漏爆管,而且能显著降低余热锅炉积灰结垢,炉管前后温差由110℃降至50℃,节能效果优良。In this paper,the steam production grade of heat recovery boiler,the selection of exhaust temperature,the problem of afterburning of heat recovery boiler and the resistance of smoke wind were discussed in detail.The problems of the low temperature corrosion of economizer and the thermal stress fatigue leakage of tube bundle were expounded comprehensively.Compared to producing medium steam,the heat recovery boiler can increase benefit by 10-15 yuan per ton of steam when producing high-pressure steam.The energy consumption of a FCC unit was reduced by 1.15 kgoe/t by using less afterburn technology.The heat recovery boiler adopted composite crystalline membrane technology,which avoided the reaction between the tube bundle and corrosive gases in the flue gas.It not only effectively prevented dew point corrosion and avoided furnace tube leakage and explosion,but also significantly reduced the accumulation of ash and scaling in the heat recovery boiler.The temperature difference between the front and rear of the furnace tube was reduced from 110℃to 50℃,and the energy-saving effect was excellent.
