摘 要:醇胺法碳捕集技术具有较高的选择性和捕集效率,在碳捕集、利用与封存产业中应用广泛。然而,胺液变质会引起碳捕集效率降低、设备腐蚀风险加剧和胺液发泡等一系列问题,影响装置长周期运行。结合醇胺法碳捕集过程特点,以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为对象,系统分析了吸收剂的降解方式、降解产物种类及装置腐蚀成因,同时,对比了不同胺液净化技术的优缺点,提出了系统的醇胺法碳捕集装置腐蚀控制策略,并对未来新型胺液净化技术和非水体系吸收剂的开发进行了展望。The alcohol amine carbon capture technology has been widely used in the CCUS(carbon capture utilization and storage)industry due to its high selectivity and capture efficiency.However,the deterioration of the amine liquid can cause a series of problems such as decreased carbon capture efficiency,increased equipment corrosion risk,and amine liquid foaming,which affect the long-term operation of the equipment.Based on the characteristics of the alcohol amine carbon capture process,the degradation mode,degradation product types,and corrosion causes of the absorbent were systematically analyzed using MDEA(methyldiethanolamine)as the object.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of different amine purification technologies were compared,and a systematic corrosion control strategy for the alcohol amine carbon capture device was proposed.The future development of new amine purification technologies and non-aqueous absorbent systems was also discussed.
